Most of you probably already know, but myself and Gillian have decided to buy a house. The house you see to your left is the house we have chosen (offer has been accepted, just waiting on paperwork now so fingers crossed.. I curse the bastard that invented gazumping.. I'm at my wits end). It is situated in Shotton ( Multimap). Hopefully we will be moving in in the middle of April. That's my second anouncement (I didn't want to say earlier in case I jinxed it).

My First anouncement is that I have a new job (most of you probably knew this too). I have left Rippleffect and am moving to a company called "Stuff and Nonsense" (a cow seems to be one of their logos- hence the cow picture). They are sitauted in Abergele in the north of Wales. It looks like a super place to work and I'm sure I'll thrive there. Thats all the announcements for now.. not very interesting I know but when you think of how big the steps are that I am taking, you'll understand.

1 Year today Gill was diagnosed with Type 1 (insulin dependent) Diabetes. It's been a rough year really with countless hypos (low blood sugar), an average of 1 a day. No serious ones to date which is great.

She has moved from 4 injections a day to 2 which is much easier to live with. She has a new job (career sorry) in the Probation Service.

Things are going well so as they say (I say it anyway) in Norway “takk for i ar” – thanks for the year just passed. Heads up folks, things can only get better.

No updates as we've been flat out house hunting. When we were looking at the wirral, there was nothing we liked there and all the nice ones were in north Wales, but now that we are looking at north Wales , all the nice houses are on the Wirral.. sods law. By the way new job (more on that later) hence the move to north wales.
